WHEN MOVEMENT BEGINS FROM WITHIN
Xing Shen Zhuang is not simply a sequence of movements. It is a method for integrating:
Body Form · Consciousness · Qi
Consciousness is gradually brought into the body. Movement mobilizes qi. Intention guides the practice. Little by little, body form, consciousness and qi begin to function as an increasingly integrated whole.
Consciousness integrates with form; form responds to the direction of consciousness.
神合形,形受命于神
Shén hé xíng, xíng shòu mìng yú shén
It is not simply about performing a movement correctly. It is about being fully present within it, perceiving it, guiding it, and allowing the work to reach progressively deeper levels.
FROM THE OUTSIDE IN
Xing Shen Zhuang is the Second Major Method of Zhineng Qigong. While the First Method focuses especially on the relationship between our qi and the external qi field, Xing Shen Zhuang progressively directs the work inward.
内混元 · Nèi Hùnyuán
Internal Hunyuan
Through movement, relaxation, attention and intention, the practice progressively reaches deeper layers of the body: skin, tissues, tendons, channels, bones and internal structures. This is why Xing Shen Zhuang goes far beyond improving mobility.
Mobility opens a door. Deeper work begins when we learn to use that opening to integrate body, consciousness and qi.

30 YEARS OF DEDICATION TO ZHINENG QIGONG

MASTER ZHANG YAMIN
With nearly 30 years of experience, Master Zhang Yamin trained at the Huaxia Center and developed extensive experience in teaching and rehabilitation programs.
In 2016, he joined the Anyang Center as head of the Rehabilitation Department and later established and led its Intensive Class, focused on more personalized and in-depth practice.
His teaching is known for its precision, systematic approach, and attention to essential details that help improve the quality and effectiveness of practice.

MASTER CHEN LI
Master Chen Li has practiced Zhineng Qigong since 1994 and trained through the Huaxia Center. Over the course of her career, she has gained extensive experience in teaching and rehabilitation programs.
In 2017, she joined the Anyang Center, where she worked alongside Master Zhang Yamin in regular and advanced courses.
Since 2020, they have continued working together in online programs for international students.
Zhang Yamin and Chen Li each have approximately 30 years of experience in Zhineng Qigong. Their experience spans different centers and practice settings in China, including two historically significant places: the former Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center and the former Anyang Center. Their experience extends beyond these centers and has continued to develop over the years. An especially important part of their work has also involved supporting practitioners during periods of personal recovery.

TEN SECTIONS. TEN GATEWAYS TO INNER WORK
Xing Shen Zhuang consists of ten sections. Each develops a specific type of work with the body, the movement of qi, and particular internal functions.
SECTION 1
Head · brain area · neck · cervical spine. Work especially related to the cervical region and the upward movement of qi toward the head.
SECTIONS 2 AND 3
Shoulders · shoulder blades · arms · hands. Work with the meridians of the upper limbs, traditionally associated as well with the functions of the heart and lungs.
SECTIONS 4 AND 5
Sides of the torso · chest · spine · lumbar region. Work with the rib cage, back and Du Mai, traditionally associated with the liver, gallbladder and kidneys.
SECTION 6
Waist · pelvis · lower Dantian · lower Jiao. Deep work with the waist and lower body, traditionally associated as well with the kidney system.
SECTIONS 7, 8 AND 9
Hips · legs · knees · ankles · feet. Work with the yin and yang pathways of the lower limbs and with guiding qi toward the feet and toes.
SECTION 10
Gathering · integration · unification. Harmonization and integration of the qi mobilized during practice.
During the training we will explore in depth: what each section does · how qi is mobilized · where to place the intention · which mistakes limit the depth of internal work · and when it may be useful to focus more deeply on a particular section.
